After you have observed your hand and the casino’s 1st card, you need to in turn make a call bet or bow out. The call wager’s amount is akin to your original wager, indicating that the stakes will have doubled. Surrendering means that your wager goes immediately to the casino. After the bet is the conclusion. If the house does not have ace/king or better, your wager is given back, with a sum equal to the initial wager. If the casino has a hand with ace/king or better, you win if your hand defeats the dealer’s hand. The house pony’s up cash equal to your original bet and fixed odds on your call wager. These expectations are:

  • Equal for a pair or high card
  • 2-1 for 2 pairs
  • 3-1 for three of a kind
  • four to one for a straight
  • 5-1 for a flush
  • seven to one for a full house
  • twenty to one for a four of a kind
  • fifty to one for a straight flush
  • one hundred to one for a royal flush
